Content designer at the Centre for Digital Public Services.
A way with words but a complicated relationship with language, Adrián studied philosophy and teaching in Spain for almost a decade before moving to the UK.
A curious systems thinker on a quest to help modernise public services to meet user needs, Adrián runs workshops and training to demystify user-centred design principles.

Content designer at Content Design London.
With a background in designing health and social care information, Nia's passionate about improving the patient experience.
At CDL, she supports the team on a range of client projects and delivers the Foundation in Content Design training.
